Summary:
The purpose of this study is to determine if an FDA-approved carnitine supplement called levocarnitine will improve dry eye symptoms in subjects with Sjogren’s syndrome.

Summary:
The purpose of this study is to determine if an FDA-approved medication that may improve memory in some conditions (memantine) will improve cognitive function in subjects with systemic lupus erythematosus.
