The activities of the Society include four visiting professorships a year. The visiting professors are outstanding physician scientist role models and give Department of Medicine Grand Rounds as well as are honored at a Harrison Society luncheon. Over the 20 year history of the Harrison Society, 82 honorary memberships have been bestowed on the visiting professors.
