Professional Bio

Dr. Rali earned his Bachelor of Arts with major in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Political Science at Vanderbilt University and M.D. degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine.  He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Case Western Reserve-University Hospitals.  His Fellowships; Cardiovascular Disease at University of Kansas Medical Center, Critical Care Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, and Advanced Heart Failure and Heart Transplantation at Vanderbilt University.  His particular research interest is in cardiac and cardiopulmonary hemodynamics in patients with advanced heart failure. He is focused on transplant cardiology and mechanical circulatory support including left ventricular assist devices (LVADs).
