Professional Bio
Dr. Meoli's clinical and research interests center on heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and pulmonary hypertension as a complication of left heart disease. Specifically, his research focuses on elucidating molecular and genetic mechanisms of the pulmonary vasculopathy that develops in a subset of patients with left heart disease. He has presented his work at multiple international conferences, receiving a travel award for the meeting of the American Thoracic Society in 2017. In addition, Dr. Meoli has strong interests in the imaging of structural heart disease as well as in medical education.
