Laura Binari, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension within the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
She completed her training in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at VUMC where she served as chief fellow during her nephrology fellowship. Her training is focused on transplant medicine within the field of nephrology and she has completed an additional fellowship year in Transplant Nephrology.
Dr. Binari's research interests include outcomes of transplant kidney recipients of hepatitis C positive donors. She has presented her research at multiple national conferences, including the American Society of Nephrology and American Transplant Congress.
