Dr. Boura is interested in global health improvement initiatives, especially with respect to women and pediatrics. She would like to travel to third-world countries and be involved in improving healthcare in those countries. From a clinician’s viewpoint, she appreciates the dynamic settings of urgent care, yet welcomes the academic side of medicine to expand her knowledge base. She enjoys cooking, traveling, going on medical missions, exploring different cultures and traditions, outdoor activities (e.g., zip-lining, jet skiing, hiking), and will partake in just about anything that enables her to conquer her fears. She is fluent in Farsi, Urdu, Pashtu, Hindi, Dari, and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
