Professional Bio

Samuel Perry, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine and Public Health within the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

With a keen interest in caring for patients in underserved areas, Dr. Perry has traveled extensively providing medical care in developing countries including Honduras, Ukraine, West Africa, El Salvador, Hungary, Nicaragua, Russia, and Ethiopia on short-term missions with Yeshua Medical Ministries.

Dr. Perry has been recognized for his service and care for patients, and previously received the Reader’s Choice Award for Best Family Practice Doctor in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
