Professional Bio
Angel Morvant, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism, Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completed her internal medicine residency training at the University of Virginia. She completed her fellowship in diabetes, endocrinology, and metabolism and also served as chief fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dr. Morvant’s clinical interests include general endocrinology with a special focus in diabetes management and diabetes technology. Her research interests include patient safety and quality improvement, as well as diabetes and diabetes technology.
