Professional Bio
James Muldowney, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine within the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is a specialist in autonomic diseases, including Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Baroreflex Failure, refractory Syncope and various causes of Neurogenic Orthostatic Hypotension with expertise in tilt table testing and autonomic function testing, echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, and anticoagulation management.
