Jenna Collazzo, MD, MA

Housestaff

Division of Medicine Administration

PGY1 - Neuro

Jenna Collazzo
Interests

Jenna grew up in Media, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia, and headed south to attend Vanderbilt University, where she studied Neuroscience and fell in love with Nashville — especially long runs through Shelby Bottoms Greenway. After returning to Philly for medical school at Temple, she earned a dual MD/MA in Urban Bioethics, completing a thesis on postpartum depression and MS in urban communities. Her academic interests include neuroimmunology, movement disorders, women’s health and neurology. She previously spent a summer in the Claassen Movement Disorders Lab at Vanderbilt and is beyond excited to return for residency. Voted “Dr. Doolittle” by her med school classmates, Jenna is arriving in Nashville as a rabbit, cat, and husky mom. When she’s not in the hospital or running trails, she’s likely sketching medical art, assembling over-the-top charcuterie boards, or curating playlists for her pets (who are very patient about It).
