Professional Bio
Kellee Taylor, DO, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine and Public Health within the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and cellular and molecular biology from the University of Tennessee and earned her medical degree at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training at Medical College of Georgia where she was chief resident. Following residency, Dr. Taylor completed a fellowship in Global Medicine at the University of Florida where she studied non-communicable diseases in rural settings and served as clinical faculty at L'Hopital Bernard Mevs in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. After fellowship, Dr. Taylor remained at the University of Florida as a Hospitalist and Assistant Professor. She created and served as program director for the Internal Medicine Global Health Program and was the education director of her division.
