Professional Bio
Merritt Hambrick, MS, is an Assistant in Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Public Health within the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Central Arkansas and was a graduate of the Norbert O. Schedler Honors College. With a love for medicine, she studied to become a physician assistant, and graduated from Harding University in 2010 with a Master of Science in physician assistant studies. She has practiced urgent care medicine and is a board-certified practitioner. Hambick is excited to be part of the esteemed medical community at Vanderbilt and is excited to pursue her passion for the practice of evidence-based and innovative medicine, patient education, and longitudinal patient care.
