Samantha spent the first 18 years of her life in San Antonio, Texas where she grew to love breakfast tacos and queso fundido. She moved to New Orleans to study Cellular and Molecular Biology with a minor in Public Health at Tulane University. Samantha credits her appreciation for local art, live music, and wacky costumes to her time spent in Nola. During her medical education at UTMB, she was heavily involved in the student-run free clinic and all things Galveston. Samantha’s favorite things include themed parties, art markets, good books, and unfinished crafting projects. She is excited to call Nashville home and explore all it has to offer.
