Stacy McIntyre
Professional Bio
Stacy McIntyre, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her primary clinical interests are cystic fibrosis and non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. She has a particular interest in facilitating transitions of care for patients with cystic fibrosis from the pediatric clinic to the adult clinic and holds dual appointments in the Department of Medicine and the Department of Pediatrics. During her fellowship she studied transition of care outcomes in this patient population. Dr. McIntyre received her bachelor's degree in chemistry from Indiana University and then attended Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her combined internal medicine-pediatrics residency program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and then continued her training here at Vanderbilt for her fellowship in pulmonary and critical care. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Pulmonary Medicine.
