Professional Bio
Xingyi Guo, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Epidemiology within the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is the Principal Investigator with the Guo Lab, affiliated with the VUMC Departments of Medicine and Bioinformatical Informatics.
The Guo Lab has a broad interest in the research of cancer etiology, prevention, and precision medicine through developing bioinformatics, statistical and machine learning approaches and integrating multi-omics data, with a major goal of identifying putative causal variants/mutations and genes for human cancers and other diseases.
