Alvin Powers, MD (Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism), last week received the American Diabetes Association's (ADA) 2024 Albert Renold Award at the ADA's 84th Scientific Session in Orlando.
The award recognizes an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the training and mentorship of diabetes research scientists.
