Professional Bio
Alexander Sullivan, MD, is an interventional cardiologist and vascular specialist in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, Department of Medicine, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
He completed medical school at George Washington University, where he graduated as valedictorian, and internal medicine training at Duke University Medical Center. He then completed cardiovascular medicine as well as interventional cardiology and peripheral endovascular training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served as chief cardiology fellow.
Dr. Sullivan has expertise in coronary artery disease, chronic limb-threatening ischemia, peripheral artery disease, and venous disease.
