Professional Bio
Ally Glover, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Medicine's Division of General Internal Medicine and Public Health Section of Hospital Medicine. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2017. In 2022, she received her MD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 2022-2025. After residency, Dr. Glover served as the Hugh J. Morgan Chief Resident for Vanderbilt University Hospital. Board certified in internal medicine since 2025, Dr. Glover practices as a hospitalist at Vanderbilt University Hospital and also serves as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Her clinical and academic interests include medical education, curriculum development, systems optimization, narrative medicine, and palliative care / hospital medicine integration.
