Professional Bio
                                    Anna K. Person, MD, FIDSA, is a Professor of Medicine in the Department Medicine's Division of Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. 
She attended medical school at The George Washington University School of Medicine and did her residency in Internal Medicine at Duke University Medical Center. She completed an Infectious Disease Fellowship at Duke in 2010 and subsequently joined the Vanderbilt Division of Infectious Diseases as faculty. 
Dr. Person currently serves as the Director of Education and Faculty Development in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt. She sits on the Board of Directors for the HIV Medicine Association (HIVMA) as Chair-Elect and is co-chair of the Innovative Service Delivery Task Force of HIVMA. Her professional interests include HIV clinical outcomes in Latin America and health advocacy.
