Genesis Heurta Vera, MD, MSc, is a Clinical Infectious Diseases fellow in the Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt Health. She attended medical school at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia prior to completing her internal medicine residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Mercy.
