Professional Bio
Kaele Leonard, MD, is a Fellow in the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Department of Medicine, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She chose VUMC for fellowship for the well-round clinical and procedural training, supportive research mentors, and the camaraderie in the division between the fellows and faculty.
She has worked with the Interventional Pulmonary research group on multiple projects, including looking at factors of successful bronchoscopy and predictors of malignancy, defining diagnostic yield in bronchoscopy, and examining the reporting of conflicts of interest in bronchoscopy literature.
