Lean was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, where she earned her dual MD-MBA degree from Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health. Her interests in medicine include nutrition, metabolic wellness, and helping patients biohack their way toward sustainable lifestyle habits that support disease prevention, well-being, and longevity. Outside of medicine, she enjoys trying new cafés and restaurants, planning travels she may or may not actually take, walks in nature, and cuddling her part-time cats. She is excited to train at Vanderbilt and call Tennessee home, exploring the city one concert at a time.
