Professional Bio
Lindsay Bischoff, MD, is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she is the Co-Interim Division Director for Education and Faculty Affairs; Medical Director of the Vanderbilt Thyroid and Adrenal Center; and the Program Director for the Endocrine Fellowship.
Her clinical practice focuses on diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer. She is an active member of committees, many of which she has chaired, for the American Thyroid Association (ATA) and serves on the Board of Directors for both the International Thyroid Oncology Group (ITOG), and the World Congress on Thyroid Cancer (WCTC). She is an author of the 2025 ATA Guidelines on Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma and is Vice-Chair for the Guidelines on Thyroid Carcinoma of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network. She has served on the editorial boards of Clinical Thyroidology and JCEM Case Reports.
