Maggie Doyle
Interests

Maggie grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia before heading to the midwest for college. She attended the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!), double majoring in Science Pre-Professional and Anthropology. Her undergraduate experience in medical anthropology brought her to northern Tanzania for two summers, igniting an interest in Global Health. She spent one year scribing alongside multidisciplinary providers at an FQHC Look-Alike before starting medical school at SKMC/Jefferson in Philadelphia. During medical school, Maggie fostered a deep passion in working with patients experiencing homelessness and communities who lack access to health care; she plans to continue working with these communities throughout residency. Her hobbies include exploring new restaurants, game nights with friends, and anything in the outdoors: climbing, hiking, camping – you name it. She’s excited to train at Vanderbilt to become a well-rounded physician!
