Professional Bio
Murali Kolli, MD, FACC, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, Department of Medicine, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is regional associate chief medical officer for adult services, assistant medical director, Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute outpatient services, chief medical officer of Vanderbilt Bedford County and Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton Hospital.
He completed his undergraduate education at Birmingham Southern College and obtained his medical degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He trained in internal medicine at Emory University and completed his fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Louisville. He practices general cardiology with a specific interest in ECHO, nuclear, and device implantation. He has lived and primarily practiced in Murfreesboro since 1995 but also has privileges to practice in Lebanon, Shelbyville, and Tullahoma.
