Professional Bio
Rachel Wolf, MD, joined the Vanderbilt University Medical Center Internal Medicine-Pediatrics faculty with the goal of providing comprehensive, high-quality primary care to patients of all ages. She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine and Public Health, Department of Medicine, and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at VUMC. She also serves as the primary care physician for Vanderbilt's transitional clinic for patients with substance use disorders. Her research interests focus on the intersection between primary care and addiction medicine. She is involved with multiple Vanderbilt University School of Medicine courses, including serving as co-director of the Advanced Clinical Experience in Primary Care. Dr. Wolf received her BA from Dartmouth College, completed medical school at Vanderbilt, and residency at UPMC in Pittsburgh.
