Professional Bio
Sanjay Mohan, MD, MSCI, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology, Department of Medicine, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He serves as the director of the malignant hematology program and the associate director of the hem/onc fellowship training program.? A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Mohan completed his internal medicine and hematology/oncology training at Cleveland Clinic before joining Vanderbilt. His clinical and research focus is on the development and delivery of new treatments to patients with acute leukemias, myelodysplastic syndromes, myeloproliferative neoplasms, and bone marrow failure disorders. He has been appointed to various education, research, and ethics committees of the American Society of Hematology, the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, and the National Cancer Institute.
