A native of middle Tennessee, Sarah earned a Master of Public Health at Vanderbilt University and her medical degree from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine, Throughout college and medical school, she remained connected to Vanderbilt through research experiences in global health, neonatology, and dermatology. Sarah enjoys the continuity of outpatient medicine and has clinical interests in dermatology as well as allergy and immunology. She looks forward to exploring these interests further throughout residency while remaining open to the many opportunities within internal medicine. Outside of medicine, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Colin, and their dog, Duke. She also loves running, gardening, and traveling. She is excited to continue her training with the Wilson County Primary Care Residency and to care for patients in Middle Tennessee.
