Thomas Finn, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, Department of Medicine, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He practices gastroenterology, specializing in digestive diseases such as acid reflux (GERD), Barrett's esophagus, trouble swallowing (dysphagia), eosinophilic esophagitis, H. Pylori, peptic ulcer disease, Celiac disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, colon polyps, rectal bleeding, and hemorrhoids.
