Professional Bio
Travis Richardson, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC). He is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist with expertise in the management of ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias including advanced ablation techniques and cardiac implantable electronic device management. He has particular interest in advanced ablation techniques for ventricular arrhythmias, ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation, fluoroscopy reduction techniques, cardiac resynchronization and conduction system pacing, and CIED lead management.
Dr. Richardson is also an active educator in the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and has earned several teaching awards, including the best overall faculty teacher award in 2021.
