Professional Bio
Zeynep Kubilay, MD, joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine and Public Health in 2021.
She completed an internal medicine residency at Marmara University School of Medicine in Turkey, where she served as Chief Resident. She subsequently worked as a consultant for the World Health Organization's Clean Care is Safer Care Program, where she focused on infection prevention and control projects.
Following her time with WHO, Dr. Kubilay relocated to the United States where she completed her training in the Traditional Internal Medicine program at Yale University School of Medicine. She continues to seek ways to combine her global health experience with her clinical practice.
